Direct integration with the Centre Monétique Interbancaire — your customers pay with their CIH, Attijari, BMCE, Populaire cards. We handle the activation paperwork (we walk with you to the bank if needed). CMI fees: 1.5-2.5% per transaction. Activation: ~3,000 MAD (one-time).

Cash on Delivery, cleanly handled

The #1 payment method in Morocco: the customer gets the package and pays the delivery person. We set up a clean workflow: automated phone confirmation before shipping (cuts cancellations by 60%), returns handling, tracking to cash collection. Without this, 25-40% of your orders become dead losses.

Moroccan carrier integration

Chronopost Morocco, CTM Messagerie, Amana, DHL, local carriers. Labels auto-generated from the back-office, real-time tracking, email/SMS to the customer at each step. You click, the label prints, the carrier picks it up. No more filling a form by hand.

FR/AR shop with real RTL

Full multi-language: products, descriptions, categories, emails, invoices — all translatable, including Arabic text direction (RTL). Localized URLs (/ar/منتجات/...) for Arabic SEO. Tested with legible Arabic fonts (Tajawal, Noto Kufi), not just broken Arial.

Simple but serious inventory

Real-time tracking, auto alerts when a product drops below a threshold, variants (size, color, material), CSV import/export for large catalogs, optional sync with your POS or ERP. Multi-warehouse if you have several locations.

Shopify or custom?

Shopify if: <500 products, standard needs, you want to launch fast. Easy to use but high fees and poor CMI support. Custom Laravel if: large catalog, specific business logic (B2B, subscriptions, multi-warehouse), CMI without platform fees, ERP/CRM integrations. WooCommerce if: you already come from WordPress and want hybrid. We advise based on your case after scoping.

How long to launch?

Simple shop (50 products, CMI + COD, 1 language): 6-8 weeks. Standard shop (500 products, multi-language, variants): 10-14 weeks. Complex shop (large catalog, B2B, ERP integration): 3-5 months. Precise schedule at kick-off.

What does it cost?

Simple shop on WooCommerce: from 7,900 MAD. Shopify shop with full setup: 12,000-25,000 MAD. Custom Laravel shop with CMI and integrations: 35,000-80,000 MAD. Enterprise (marketplace, multi-vendor, B2B): 120,000+ MAD. Installments accepted (often 30% / 30% / 20% / 20%).

Is CMI mandatory?

Not mandatory, but strongly recommended. Without CMI, you only take COD and bank transfer — you lose 30-50% of potential sales (especially wealthier customers paying by card). Activation cost (~3,000 MAD) and fees (1.5-2.5%) pay back in 1-2 months for most shops.

Can I migrate from an old site?

Yes. Migration with URL preservation (301 redirects to keep SEO), product imports, past orders, customer base. We plan a parallel migration phase (old site stays live while we build the new one), then switch in one night to minimize downtime.

Do I own everything?

Yes: source code, database (products, orders, customers), CMI and carrier accounts are in your name. If you switch agencies, you leave with everything. No technical lock-in. Your customer data is protected per law 09-08 (Moroccan GDPR).
