We deliver a 15-40 page document: user stories, screen-by-screen wireframes, roles and permissions, validation rules, edge cases. 800-1,200 MAD, 1-2 weeks. This document is yours even if you don't pick us for the build — you can shop other agencies with it.

Step 1 (week 3-6): clickable Figma prototype
Before any code, we build an interactive Figma prototype. You click through it, test the flow on phone and desktop, your users try it. All changes happen here — 10× cheaper than fixing post-development.
Step 2 (month 2-4): 2-week sprints
Every 2 weeks, we ship a working version for you to test. You give feedback, we adjust. You see progress live on a shared Jira/Linear board. No 6-month black box with a big reveal.
Step 3 (last month): production launch and training
Deployment to a dedicated server (we configure everything: server, domain, SSL, backups, monitoring), team training (2-4h per profile), live acceptance period. Then 3 months of continuous support, included.
