Difference between fees and media budget?
Our fees (1,500 MAD/month + 25% ad spend) cover our work: strategy, creative, daily management, reporting. Media budget is what you pay directly to Meta from your card to run the ads. Example: if media budget = 10,000 MAD, you pay 10,000 to Meta + 1,500 + 2,500 to us = 4,000 MAD in fees.
Can I stop if it doesn't work?
Yes, no long commitment. 30 days notice so we wrap up properly. That said, a Meta campaign needs 30-60 days to really optimize — patience almost always pays. If after 60 days it truly isn't working, we'll tell you ourselves.
Do you keep access to the ad account?
No. We work on your Business Manager via partner access. At the end of the contract we step back, you keep the account, the audiences built, the pixel, the data. Everything stays with you. It's your asset.
Do you make the creatives or do I supply them?
We produce them, included in the package. If you already have quality content (recent product shoot, brand videos), we can reuse it and bill less production. We discuss at kick-off.
How do I measure success?
By ROAS (Return On Ad Spend): how many dirhams of sales each dirham of ad spend brings. ROAS of 3 means for 1 MAD spent you generate 3 MAD of revenue. Good ROAS by sector: 3x to 10x. For lead gen (no online sale), we measure cost per lead and lead→customer conversion rate.
