Direct integration with the Centre Monétique Interbancaire — your customers pay with their CIH, Attijari, BMCE, Populaire cards. We handle the activation paperwork (we walk with you to the bank if needed). CMI fees: 1.5-2.5% per transaction. Activation: ~3,000 MAD (one-time).
Cash on Delivery, cleanly handled
The #1 payment method in Morocco: the customer gets the package and pays the delivery person. We set up a clean workflow: automated phone confirmation before shipping (cuts cancellations by 60%), returns handling, tracking to cash collection. Without this, 25-40% of your orders become dead losses.
Moroccan carrier integration
Chronopost Morocco, CTM Messagerie, Amana, DHL, local carriers. Labels auto-generated from the back-office, real-time tracking, email/SMS to the customer at each step. You click, the label prints, the carrier picks it up. No more filling a form by hand.
