HubSpot for full CRM integration (if you have sales teams). Klaviyo for Shopify e-commerce only. We advise based on your case — and we train you on the chosen tool.

Emails per month?

Essential plan: 2 newsletters/month + welcome sequence. Standard: 4 emails/month (2 newsletters + 2 active sequences). Premium: 8+ emails/month (weekly newsletter + full sequences + ad-hoc campaigns). Our take: 2 relevant emails beats 10 ignored ones. Quality drives open rate.

Am I allowed to send marketing emails?

In Morocco, yes — with recipient consent (opt-in). That's law 09-08 (Moroccan GDPR equivalent). Meaning: no purchased lists, no emails collected any way (event badges, etc. — grey zone). If you start from an existing customer list, we verify legal basis together. We also set up compliant signup forms.

Do you handle the customer database?

Yes: import from your Excel / site export / current platform, cleanup (deduplication, invalid addresses, unsubscribes), segmentation by your criteria, automatic unsubscribe handling. Your database stays yours — exportable anytime as CSV.

My list is small (or empty) — worth it?
